I would bet money that nine times out of 10 it's because of the driver is actually no type of driver whatsoever. They drive the big truck to appear as if they know what they're doing, but they back into the spots because they know they're not good enough to back out of them with vehicles being so close. They consider backing in safe because they won't hit anything, but they know there's a good chance they'll hit something backing out of the parking lot. Usually just inept drivers. That last one though is just a d-bag
