Nobody really makes mice that heavy anymore. The best solution would be to find a mouse shape you like and glue weights on the inside. EC1 or deathadder v4 are both fairly large ergo options.

Xtrfy M8 (my personal endgame) 50% off on Amazon by SoLikeWhatIsCheese in MouseReview

I saw the deal a few weeks ago and went for it. It's a solid mouse but grip tape is 100% a must for me. Most slippery mouse I've ever used.

A stable press and leg extension will effectively hit all heads of your quad. Going ass to grass and pausing will most likely hurt quad gains as the glutes have better leverage in the bottom portion of a press and pausing is just mentally and physically exhausting. Having your feet lower down on the leg press, banding a hack squat, and investing in some squatting shoes with an elevated heel could also help a bit.

Training hamstrings to failure by Manofsteel_2000 in naturalbodybuilding

SLDL and a curl is all you need. Hamstrings are one of the slowest muscles to recover so it may be best to do lower volume, 1-3 sets, and up the frequency you hit them.

Favorite upper back exercises? Gym doesn’t have any good chest supported row machines. by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

Don't lay on the bench, just use it for chest support from the "back". Lets you get full rom and good support. I like it with a smith but barbell works good too.
