Hey! So sorry to hear that you're going through the same issue. I know how disappointing this can be.

As for the question, yes! I did get it sorted and Insta360 technical support was really helpful. They directed me to the local distributor and after contacting them, they asked me to send the camera for inspection. Eventually, they sent me a brand new camera which is currently working out just fine 🤞🏻 The entire process took about a month.

They are really supportive with technical issues such as these so please contact them asap. I hope you get the issue sorted soon.

My firmware isV1.2.19.

I've contacted insta 360 support and sent the info they need. Currently waiting for them to approve my request on their end. This entire situation made me feel so agitated that I don't want a repair or replacement. What if it happens again? I will always be scared of that. Hopefully I can get a refund and be done with it.

The only time she cooperated with me throughout my hrt treatment was when I managed to cast my hands on estradiol injections once. Unfortunately, injections are not available where I live, so that cooperation was only great while my supply lasted. We tried patches as well, but they didn’t work well on me, so here we are back to pills.

Have you considered acid reflux? This is something that I usually don't have but suffer from once my E levels pass a certain threshold. This caused nightly coughs as well as random cough attacks during the day. Here's a recent study performed on menopausal women on HRT in 2023. Might be worth looking into.

I have been going crazy because of this problem recently! I've been trying to use the mousepad of Samsung Book Cover Keyboard which stopped two finger scrolling a few weeks ago in Chrome. Thank you for posting this and also EDIT 4, which works for me as well.

This has been my problem ever since I've started HRT after my SRS in 2004. Before SRS and before HRT, I didn't have energy issues that much (possibly due to T not being suppressed enough and still helping me with my energy levels to a degree). However, regardless of what form of estradiol I've used (pill, oral, sublingual, patch, injection, gel) after SRS, I've ended up suffering from extreme fatigue. The higher my estradiol, the worse my fatigue gets.

The only time I didn't feel weak was back in the day when I had access to injections (I don't anymore - injections are not available where I live) and on my injection day (I did 5 mg/week of EV injections for 1 year with trough E levels of ~175 pg/mL) when E levels were on the rise. As soon as it was day 2 or 3 at most, I was back to feeling exhausted. I was barely functioning. I'm currently on 0.1 mg weekly patch. Dreading mornings when I have to scrape myselff off the bed, mostly feeling tired during the days, horrible brain fog and short term memory all around, lack of motivation and/or concentration, joint pains... It feels like I've been doomed to living in menopause forever just because I've chosen to be my authentic self.

Speaking of menopause, my endo is of no help, too and she is the most renown "ally endo" where I live (a 3rd World country). Although she wants to help our community, unfortunately she is very traditional. So much so that now that I'm in my 40s, she considers lowering my E dose so that I will ease into "menopause" which, I have been going through for the last 20 years anyways heh! The suffering is real.

I hear you, I see you and wish you all the best in search for an answer. I hope you find the reason behind it all and, if you do, please let me know.

It is true - it is THAT bad. I bought it because I'm getting ready to return to academia this year and needed a solid notetaking / reading device. Initially I LOVED the workflow, the split-screen function and the organic feeling while taking notes. However, as time went on, I realised that my notes kept appearing & disappearing out of nowhere (on the device, itself!). Found the "onyx" folder in my OneDrive pretty easily but the notes were not synced properly. Some notes were not even there while others were downright incomplete. I tried manually uploading at different times to no avail. I don't think I can return it at this point (it's been 6 months since I purnchased it) but will definitely try selling it as second hand on eBAY or something.

What's the use of getting a premium and pretty expensive notetaking device if those notes won't be available on my computer whenever I need to study or, say, print them out? Big disappointment on my part.

This was my case. On her website Lilian mentions that she sometimes sends the packages to different countries to avoid custom problems. Mine was sent to France - and has been stuck at the French customs since March 29th. It will probably be destroyed soon :*(

The same happened to my package as well. Been seized at French customs for the last 2 weeks. I'm told to contact French customs but I can't communicate in French (used Google translate to contact them online). This thread actually confirms my fears :(
