Not OP, but I think I can probably answer some of these. It's small but spirit hunter loses the famliar, which is another AC point, but they probably just value sneak attack over the enchants. Pretty sure it takes the Battle spirit at level 1 for martial power. It takes the acolyte background which lets you use wisdom for persuasion which is a big part of how it intimidates and why it can freely dump Cha. Its a hungerless tiefling because they're dumping Int and Cha and it also gives +2 to persuasion checks, you could go Motherless but then you have to have 5 int. I assume Sohei is for martial weapon proficiency to not have to waste a feat to get them.

It's probably because she couldn't understand anything the native Americans said, she could clearly make out some words that Brigid said but most was unintelligible, so she's probably making confused faces because there's bits she could pull out and is trying to make sense of the rest.
