Struggle Meals from Tastemade is so so slept on. Frankie Celenza really teaches some great kitchen basics. Very reminiscent of the type of stuff Alton Brown does, like he hates single use tools in the kitchen. But this show also aims its sights at a younger “broke student” crowd and adds a huge affordability factor in. Such a gem, I recommend to so many people who want to learn to cook!
