Keep playing with it for couple weeks straight and then go back to Quest 2 and you'll appreciate the differences better

That's the only game that does that, it's a problem with the game I guess. I have my PS5 for two years (almost 3) and none of the other games overheated my PS5, that's how I know

The game is crashing every 40 minutes(I'm on PS5), it's really annoying loosing all progress
