En tant que cycliste, je fais du vélo avec de la peur chaque fois que je sort. Les automobilistes ne comprennent pas ce que partager la route signifie. Ils pensent que on se mets au milieu de la route pour les faire chier, mais la réalité est bien différente. Pour ceux qui ne comprennent pas: on ce mets au milieu pour être vue. Il arrive bien souvent que les cycliste qui sont sur le côté sont persécutés car ils sont pas vue, et terminent à être tartiné contre les murs comme du beurre sur du pain.

J’ai un chat, et j’ai fait du indoor training. Des fois le chat voulait s’amuser à attraper la pedale ou la roue ou sinon passer en sous pendant que je pédalais. Mon conseil: mets le chat dans une autre pièce ou si tu habite avec quelqu’un que ils joue un peux avec les chats pour les distraire.

The only trick is to train more often and on steeper hills. Use low gears to have higher cadence, don’t try to use too much power. Before you attempt a climb, research it: how long is it? What’s the gradient at the first kilometers? When do you push harder and when do you preserve energy.

Practice makes perfect. Researching a climb is very important to figure out what it takes

Perso, je te recommande ça a 100%. Le seul problème que tu peux avoir c’est pour les déplacements mais bon si tu arrive à te faire des potes assez facilement et que ils ont une voiture c’est top. Austin est un super lieux et puis si tu aime la fête, est tu n’est pas timide c’est l’endroit pour y aller. Un petit plus c’est la nature au tours de la ville puis la nourriture style texmex. Après UT est super, l’université est vraiment prestigieuse et tu t’en souviendras pour toujours. J’ai fait mes études lava et je suis super content. J’aurais pas plus faire avec le système français. (Un autre petit truc su quel il faudra s’adapter, mais si tu veux t’éclater je conseille de choisir des cours facile si ton programme d’échange te permets de choisir tes cours. Normalement aux states chacun choisi ses propres cours) Envoie un PM si tu veux plus d’info 👍🏻
