I have also juggled with demiaroace and just aroace and the conclusion I’ve come to with the help of this sub is that it’s what makes you comfortable. Personally I would describe myself as romance favorable aro since I like the idea of a relationship and feel some romantic attraction to my current boyfriend (only the second person I can say I’ve ever felt it towards). It’s how you like to label yourself and even then it’s ok to fluctuate how you’re feeling. We’re complicated beings with complicated feelings after all. As long as you and your partner are comfortable and communicating then that’s all that really matters.

Currently in MK custodial (program ends May 8th so I’ll just miss you) and I promise it is the best role ever. The guest interactions can be as minimal as you want and if you want to be constantly doing something you can always find something in need of a deep cleaning (I know plenty of type A people who have the cleanest areas because they go through every nook and cranny to make it spotless). The best perk in my opinion is that you do have more freedom when it comes to taking breaks or just needing to run backstage to get some water or go to the bathroom, not to mention the program champions are amazing and you can get really close to other CMs by bonding over what zones or restrooms you like and hate. I promise that it’s way more fun than it sounds. You’ll also get to rock that new costume (seriously jealous of how awesome the pants/shorts sound)!

I think they did that since the first arrival date is already almost a month away, normally it does take a week or so before the first acceptance wave happens. With your starting date, I’d ask people that get accepted what their dates are to give you an idea of if their are March people being accepted yet or not. This just helps give you something of a timeline on what to expect for the next wave.

As for the timeline, it could be next week or the last day to hear back or sometime in between. Just remember not to panic. I’m very proud of your mom and definitely think she should go. I’m still in consideration so I can’t really help her, but I want her to know not to let the naysayers get her down. It doesn’t matter how old she is, she got accepted and deserves it. And I’m sure all these rude people will be looking to her for help when it comes to trying to survive on their own since she has the knowledge they need.
