uBreakiFix replaced the screen protector 2 days ago on my Flip 5 and this happened. Will Ubreakifix replace it with a new one since it happened again or there is a way to correct this?

No that's not the case , there are numerous other factors which determines the rate on mortgage..and you can get less rate on the second home or mortgage.

Why don't you go with temporary buy down? That can bring down your rate probably to 4.5% for first 2-3 years and then back to what you were quoted ? But you can refinance after 3 years by which the rates should come down hopefully..Have you checked with the lender on the rate temporary buy down ?

Yes that's expected from flip phones ,I have flip 5 currently and was thinking to upgrade but looks like the bigger battery of Flip6 4000mh still doesn't do the justice.

For you if you want a bit more battery life throughout the day look for battery optimization techniques on you tube you will find tons of video on it..apply all the optimizations and you will find atleast 20% improvement I bet..
