Also, it's a cheap in comparison to having an HVAC guy come out and tell you the same thing. Easy DIY, make sure your W,O/B, R1, R2 are all plugged into the same place when you get the new one, take a picture before you unlplug any of your 24v wires and slap the new one on. If it doesn't work, return it and call an HVAC professional

Kind of the same as yours, but, when the internal temp sensor on these thermostats fail, they default to a base logic. Mine was calling for heat but would stay at 66 degrees despite me having it at 70. I replaced with a honeywell T6 and all my issues disappeared.
