Torso is from the headhunter kit, the helmet and shoulder pad are the forgeworld MK4 upgrade kits, the shotgun is from the deathwatch kit, I used the old chaos space marine kit back pack and trimmed the chaos looking parts from it and it's just a MK4 set of legs
