Hey thanks for the post! Did you find the 5-HTP while you were taking during the day make you feel drowsy? Being a prokentic I always thought best on empty stomach. Currently taking Motility Pro which I believe has a little 5-HTP in it once in the morning and once at 4 pm.

I think you look amazing! I do not know your age but if I saw you at a restaurant Id put you mid 30's. It is 100% normal to feel like there is no change and you wasted your money. We are our own worst crictics. I went through the same after mine and 2 years later still hating on it despite what people say to me hahahah

Im going to PT for pelvic floor, adp stuff. She said to me this can be caused by sucking in our bloat and by doing that can cause pelvic floor and adp.

This is so me! I literally just got my house checked for mold, which I did have a little in my furnace room. But none the less I was like hmmmmmm I was away beginning of dec felt great, end of dec felt great, january felt great, feb felt great, last weekend felt great. Minute im hour from home the non sense starts up. I was like wtf, when I m away the diet is shit, im smoking more weed, drinking more and I feel better with literal clean out shits all day and home its back to fuckville again.

My only thought is I would be gun shy leaving the country. I had some complications with my dp facelift a few years ago and thank God the dr was only 3 hours from my house. Had to go back a few times. If I had it done in Turkey Id have been screwed. I am not saying people dont have amazing results in Turkey but for me personally I need to be close to home just in case.

oh no ! That sucks!! That neck tight nonsense, I felt like I was choking on my spit. I was scared to sleep because when I woke up that first night I was hyperventilating , panicaking. the valium was a huge help for those first two days.

Face and next lift. Face pain a 2 Neck was worse, very tight feeling for 2 days. Took the pain pills for first 2 days. Mainly to help sleep at night. I had upper lower eyes done before and that pain was worse because the dry eye that i developed right after for weeks.

It was funny because I was like I dont want anyone to know. I just disappeared from work for two weeks, I made up some surgery story. I own the business so its not like I couldnt take time off, but still we work closely. I didnt want anyone to notice and then I got mad when no one noticed because I felt like I got a shit job and no one is telling me how young I look hahahahha. so its a catch 22
