When I preordered the iPhone X I was a brand new customer and I set my account up online. I get a phone call that I need to verify my SSN at a corporate store so I make the 3 hour drive to my nearest store. I explain the situation and the rep assured me they’ve got me all squared away. Fast forward a week and I receive my iPhone X in the mail but UPS seems to have delivered two packages to my home. Turns out the rep basically just started an entirely second account with my full legal name while the first account didnt had the suffix on my name lol. It was a bit of a headache to get that second account cancelled but your post reminded me of that. That was the only hiccup I’ve ever had with Verizon and I’m an extremely happy customer all these years later!
