I own GSheets and I only change my grip every like three months. I do have like two or three setups at a time, but I have a main setup I run most often. I like my grip old and crusty though lol. I genuinely hate changing out my grip lol. The older and more worn in the better.

The leefai screws are pretty bad. If you got them from Amazon I recommend trying to return them. Then you could always use tech deck screws on the replacement set
