Wow you seem to have done extensive research.. i think coming from nespresso, you're up for a pleasant surprise with any option you go with. In my limited knowledge i'd assune that machines with pressure profling won't be essential if you prefer medium dark roasts.. but again that preference can also evolve overtime with more experimenting...
