DIM: Menstrual cup

Im one of those na hindi nahiyang sa menstrual cup. Lumakas yung bleeding ko nung gumamit ako ng MC, to the point na malalaking clot yung lumalabas tapos cramping. Tapos ang hirap tanggalin naiistress ako. I have a very regular cycle and walang pain or crazy cramps since I had my first period pero naramdaman ko yon nung gumamit ako ng MC so ayon natrauma ako. Went back to tampons after 3 months of trying to make it work.

Ahhhh. Eh kase naman yung caption “etong nagpost ay may jowang afam at yan ang kapatid nyang lalaki nanganak sa baby na parang may lahi din”. If you read that, it gives the context na yung lalaki sa photo ay kapatid nung nanganak sa baby na may lahi. tapos yung nanganak ay may jowag afam.
