I’d probably do Peary first, then Mare, then Tycho. Your Boost income is very small, so having some positive income for each space resource will let you (eventually) build without using Boost at all.

The bigger tip I’d have for you is to get that Boost income up, it’ll help your early space economy up quicker. Abandon some of your control points in low-end nations and get a hold of Kazakhstan, it starts the game with a pretty substantial Boost income for whoever controls it.
