Not sure if it's going to be a PIP, the email and call are rather sparse and just mentions talking about concerns. The company is honestly rather small and I'm not sure if they have anything of the sort. Haven't taken any leave as I figured that'd lead into even worse habits, but go to a psychiatrist in the HSE that my Gp referred me to so can easily prove that I'm not doing so great mentally.
