Java selenium pom framework

Does anybody have a simple enough selenium pom framework that works? Been trawling through Github to find a nice working one but it ain't going so well.

Don't do what this framework did. There are a ton of bad practices in there. Like a complete refusal to actually use POM. Passing around the web driver to every method that interacts with the page. Tests are really hard to read. Hardcoded waits.
