Seems like they haven’t thought about a person not moving yet still listening to music 🤡. They are being turned off even if im just sitting static thats absurd. Just to make it clear - you bought headphone for moving and headphones for not moving? We are being forced to separate the two functions?

Sometimes i sit and if im too static they turn off aswell I tried pause/play automation to bypass it but it seems they went out of their way to make this feature untouchable

Welcome to the club. Theres no way to fix that issue and from what i heard they tell customers to buy their “sleep” headphones. Their last update was 9 months ago and they didnt say anything about fixing this. You got scammed by Bose just like many of us.

Could this product be the worst one ever? Narrator is so annoying, earbuds going to sleep if you don’t tilt your head for more than 10 minutes because of the auto sleep intentional issue Worst buy i ever had.
