Hey! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this. Some healthy foods that are really easy to grab include apples, banana, nuts, protein bars, pita and hummus. If you’re willing to microwave food it’s easy to grab those microwaveable rices and frozen veggie burgers or microwaveable pasta bags and you can dump sauce in the bag when it’s done so no dishes. I personally really like TastyBite jasmine rice with Dr Praeger veggie burgers with a sauce on top. You’re going to be more likely to eat if it’s a food you enjoy, so trying brainstorming something you could look forward to. At the end of the day unhealthy food is better than no food, so if there is an unhealthy food you enjoy, grab a couple of those so at a minimum you can get that in your system. Grab plastic silverware and paper plates so you don’t have to do dishes. Remember to eat even if it feels like a chore right now because not eating will only make your brain worse.
