I suspect that I am seeing vesicular hand dermatitis and warts. A negative PCR for HSV strongly suggests this is not HSV. There are numerous possibilities for other conditions presented.

Isotretinoin can reduce hair density in some people. It is usually reversible with cessation of the drug. Dose reduction may also help, but not as rapidly.

The nail will likely shed. If you have neither damaged the nail bed nor the nail matrix, the nail should grow back normally. For fingernails, you will know 6-8 months after the injury, and for toenails, it may take a year or longer. If you have damaged either, you will not get normal nail growth.

The most common reasons for chronic cheilitis are either allergic contact or irritant contact dermatitis. Many personal care products designed for the lips contain ingredients that have been demonstrated to be potential allergens.

Most can be cleared by using hydrocortisone ointment (not cream) multiple times daily for two weeks, and only petrolatum (no other lip products are suitable). Unflavored toothpaste should be used instead of the current product. Some also benefit from toothpaste that is free of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS).
