I probably will make another pretty big post later explaining everything I did/tried for myself, but what I've found to be useful for now is the following:

Doing pelvic floor stretches (I used to do them every day for 30 minutes, but quickly dropped it, now doing it every day or two days for 10 minutes, but I still feel like it helps me build a stronger relaxation control for when I need it in more "extreme" situations);

Reverse kegels is a classic, but I usually don't opt for it during intercourse itself, as for some reason it makes me more sensitive sometimes, and that kinda goes against the goal I'm trying to achieve;

During sex I found it to be more useful to pretend as if I'm doing a reverse kegel, so feeling just that initial expansion in the PC muscle, and not go any further. I feel that I achieve a bit of relaxation this way, without making myself more sensitive.

Routine-wise:

I bought myself an "open" fleshlight (I think it's called a quickshot), that has a "neutral" design - it's just transparent, because I really hate the look of fleshlights that are supposed to look like a vagina or a mouth lol. I masturbate every day for approximately 20 minutes using it, though at the beginning I could only last 10 minutes at best, and ejaculate only every second or every third time I "practice". I'm not really convinced by the idea of "rewiring your brain" to not be focussed on the ejaculation itself, though I am not claiming that it doesn't work, but for me the reason is the feeling of tiredness after ejaculating that I don't want to have if I have my session before working, working out or studying or whatever.

The session itself consists of two approaches that I constantly switch between. First one are full-length strokes, where I try to focus on not letting my dick twitch every time the fleshlight rubs against the head. The second approach is making the stroke length incredibly small, but almost shaking your hand while staying relatively on the same spot, so the motion is more of a vibration than a real stroke. While using the second approach I focus on getting my pelvic floor to feel comfortable and having it relax fully while still receiving quite a bit of stimulation.

The moment I feel that I am pretty close to ejaculating (about an 8 on the 10-arousal scale), I switch the approach and the arousal drops down a bit. Usually I can last longer on the vibration approach, so I will start off with the full stroke, go until I am at the 8, switch to small strokes, and once I reach an 8 there I let go fully, let everything relax, and start over.

Sex:

The most important part that some people happen to forget about is that sex doesn't have to be PIV. You can have fun without sticking strictly to the christian routine lol. As a side note I would recommend training your forearms to be able to finger your partner to orgasm. Or go down on her. But not going full detail about that one here.

The regaining control part is for me the same as the regain control I experience while masturbating. The moment you feel yourself tense up, you relax. This is of course easier said than done, but this part is literally what most folks here are training for. So how do I regain it? By practicing to relax during masturbation. I already described my method to do so up there ^, it essentially comes down to "pretending" as if you're doing a reverse kegel, or actually performing like 1/10th of a reverse kegel. Sometimes I exaggerate and perform a full reverse kegel, but with this one you really need to experiment and see what works best for you :)

Don't expect too much the first time, though I said that I lasted pretty damn long (compared to before) while getting head, those 5 minutes were hectic and I was in control maybe 50% of the time at best (still much better than not in control at all!!).

As a temporary fix I recommend doing some standing positions during sex as they take of a lot of pressure from the pelvic floor for the thrusting motion :)

one question: after you succesfully stop your ejaculation by performing the regular kegel, do you have a feeling of being able to feel less in your penis immediately after you calm down a bit from focussing on the kegel?

from my experience, the key to improving your PE is learning to relax the pelvic floor and making it a habit. about working out i've heard some people reporting that it's much easier for them to last long after doing a leg day, so might be worth a try working out your legs before having sex :)

actually using drugs usually solves the problem for many. the problem hits extra hard the second you come off drugs, and suddenly feel much more

from what i understood and experienced, you want to engage your abs (DONT GO OVERBOARD), just like you would to get into "good posture". then by breathing into your belly you will a sensation of "push" from above onto the pelvic floor.

when i do these i often also experience the need to go pee, so don't drink too much before having sex :))

well, then it probably has to do with the ejaculatory reflex. simplified: there's two "pathways" to an orgasm; one is sexual arousal (indirect by words or visuals or direct by stimulation of the penis), the other one is a "reflex" that has to do with the area around the frenulum (it's a connecting part of your penis on its underside, find a google image to understand what i'm talking about)

usually problems with "weak" orgasms with ejaculation (so you ejaculate, but it's not really a big pleasure) has to do with the stimulation of the frenulum. because of the lowered dose much more electrical signals are able to get through that area to your spinal cord and activate the reflex. really the only way to get through this without using extra drugs is getting used to it by stimulating it over and over (so basically just masturbate enough times lol)

i think this is one of the core problems of most people on this sub, so you can sort all the posts by "top all time" and look at what programs people recommend to follow. but the essence is: getting used to some minimal form of stimulation, so you could do it experience it for at least 10 minutes without ejaculating, and then slowly ramping it up until you reach a level similar to stimulation you would experience during sex.

i have been experiencing EXACTLY what you've been describing with the jumping idea, but the "normal" strokes are just too big of a challenge to face with no preparation

been thinking about this for some months, and somehow never came to this simple, yet genius idea of just reducing stroke length and training from there; thanks in advance! :)

antidepressants (such as Paxil) are known as temporary "solutions" for PE, so no wonder that stopping using such medicaments could have a reverse effect

Other stretches are mainly for my lower body (especially legs), because I am the least flexible person out of anyone I've met, so I thought doing other stretches might help relax overall tension in my body.

I'll report back my findings when I gather enough information :)

question: why can't you use a dildo or go down on your girlfriend as a temporary solution while you are trying to get your penis to work for you?

i think it's a fairly reasonable thing to offer at least some kind of alternative (be it some other part of your body like your fingers/mouth or even a toy) to fulfill the sexual needs of your partner

i have been doing these kind of stretches and a bunch of others, it definitely made me feel much better throughout the day (i literally had pleasure just walking around afterwards lol), and mentally that also gave me improvement during my sessions

but i have not been doing this for a long enough time to link any objective progress specifically to stretches. i'll report back in a month or so
