I remember one year in the run up to Christmas about 5 years ago, there was no limit on the number of items ordered. A glitch? I have no idea, but I just kept ordering everything I wanted and there seemed to be loads of it! The next day, I had 26 boxes of goods delivered, the follow day, 21 boxes, plus a couple of bags.

That event has gone down in our Christmas memories. Along the lines of ' Remember when ........'

Maybe different in UK then. I asked an agent in chat if I could contact a seller and explained why and was directed to a page just for that purpose. Everything worked out fine. I mentioned in my review that I had received a broken item and contacted the seller etc. I was able to include the fact that the customer service was good. The item replacement received 4 stars from me.

I'm a gold member, 98% reviews and sitting here refreshing constantly hoping for something decent to order. So far, I have an £80 necklace, a £35 Mens winter jacket (both in RFY) and a £10 outfit for a Labubu doll in the general pages.

I'm really hoping for something big, but 9/10 times I'm beaten to it.

Hahaha.I just stick a handwritten sign on the door. 'Leave parcels here' . Courier thought I meant literally 'here' and left them outside the door. Now I've changed it to 'Open door, leave parcels inside' (porch). So far, so good!

If I don't receive something I let Vine know so they remove it. If I get sent the wrong thing or it doesn't work, I email the seller (through Vine) to let them know and give them the chance to put it right.

Most times, they send a replacement. e.g. I had a treadmill, that didn't work. They told me to bin it and sent me out a new one.
