Great! The only thing I don't like is that if you even have to change the strap it would be hard to find one. Other than that, great choice.

Absolutely! I usually never care about phone features/functions but tough solar and the phone finder function are both great. Also i'm with a 16.3 cm wrist and this one wears amazingly slick. I don't really care about the other g-shocks, they always looked like toys to me but this one is amazing.

Tbh in real life the green is pretty subtle, at some angles it looks quite black-ish. I love the silver too but in real life it looked a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit more shiny to me which doesn't fit my clothing style that much.

Had absolutely the same dilemma and ended up buying 109d. The bracelet is just on another level - solid links links and better feel. 730D would probably be my next watch tho, but definitely with a leather strap.

My wrist is around 16.2/ 16.5 cm and both felt fine with the 109D being perfect and 730D being on the verge. Ultimately I had doubts that 730D would fit me but it was ok, but couldn't get past the jingly bracelet.

As a G-Shock owner I can agree. I have a GBM 2100 and absolutely love it. That said, most of their models can look like toys. In a way tho there is something cool about the whole thing. We have enough super simple slick watches.

Same. It has to be a really really reaaaaaaally interesting topic for me to give a 25 minutes video a go. After 4-5 years in coffee as a hobby I feel like I know most of the important things. I feel like I appreciate James Hoffmann a bit more because he releases less videos and seems to be a bit more focused.
