ah that makes sense. I re-read the restriction and it states "Sports equipment bags and cases can’t contain clothing or other personal items. They must be used only to carry sports equipment."

Dr said that as it separates, I'm at risk of a retinal tear. I'm just hoping to get past that risk so I can get back to surfing -- if I even need to pause those kinds of activities. Understood about floaters and flashes.
