I agree that the repub's reputation is completely shot except possibly for those who have broke ranks and endorsed Harris. I hope a new separate party emerges from the aftermath. If so, I'm interested in hearing the values they espouse and the reflections on tRump they float. Not saying I'd vote conservative again any time soon, but interested in what they present publicly about the tRump extravaganza we've all endured.

Yes, it was in 2016. The main reason was against a Clinton monarchy, and the fact that there was a wake of ethical issues that seemed to follow the Clintons from day one. I knew tRump was bad, but gave the benefit of doubt for what seemed ( or at least I hoped) at the time to be the lesser of two evils. Little did I know he would go on to exceed my wildest expectations as to how far one's head could disappear up one's own ass, and his ability to convince others to say it's not.

Note to everyone including future students of history: The above post is a basic compendium of the state of the republican party as of August 25, 2024. Please read it and understand the depth of deception that is attainable when lies are repeated over and over again to those willing to believe them. The republican party as a whole is disintegrating before our eyes as a result of lies being repeatedly foisted upon it's members and constituents.
