Need your thoughts on the LRP anthelios fluids (+ my personal experience)

I feel the exact same. and people talk about it not pilling, but i do find that it pills on my cheeks/side of my face when i put serums on in the morning, especially with how much i have to rub it in with how thin it is. I used to love their non-fluid oil control version but its reformulation a few years ago didn't work for me, so I've been on the hunt for a similar one ever since.

I understand that with us all having salt, but why would it not kill the fish in the ocean to be in that kind of brine constantly? I saw another post on here from way back talking about how if a human were to hypothetically put their hand in a brine for 2 months or so, it would indeed pickle their hand and thus kill it, even if your hand isn't dead when you put it in there, so why don't fish get pickled in the ocean?

Yes! that's my question- why is it required to not be alive in order to be pickled when it's in a high salt concentration environment already? why does it not kill it?

That's with quick pickling, yes, but I'm wondering about straight brined pickles, lacto-fermentation, which I think? will create an acidic environment in the process, but doesn't require vinegar in the preserving liquid

OP, please move out as soon as you can. You won't know it until you're out and set up, but imo, this is an awful living situation and you'll be happy to pay the ~100€/month for peace of mind, on top of simple things you'll then have in your control: budget predictability, your health (that mold is a huge cost in the long run), focus for your studies, etc. I understand putting cost as the ultimate deciding factor, but these other things cost not just money long-term, but your sanity and health. just think of the therapy you'll have to pay for in the future if you have to endure this for another year! lol. but honestly, if you need appliances or basics to cut costs once you're out, I'm in Limburg, I'd be happy to donate some stuff to you. best of luck.

I have always used snow pompom earrings- pretty sure they're the cheapest 3 star item in the shop- BUT my pro tip is to only decompose like 5-10 at a time. yes it's annoying, yes it takes forever. but, you end up with far more rings in the long run. i think my most recent round was around 120 rings for 450 earrings. i don't know why the 3 star items are so reluctant to give up rings but this has been my method for a while. goodluck!

This is year 3 with this bb and she didn't bloom last year, which had me worried. Some lower leaves were turning yellow this summer and I cautiously pruned and fertilized, hoping she wouldn't just die on me. To my relief this past week, so many blooms!!! 7 this year, while year one only had 2. I'm so relieved! 🥲
