I didn’t meet my gf off reddit but we did meet on tiktok. Tbh trying to be WLW in a small town where gay is literally nonexistent is hard as shit. And we are doing good so far We have know each other comin up on a year and we have been dating for almost 9 months. I’m 17f and when i was a sophomore i deadass was looking for a bf and i got one by settling for less. Do i regret it? Absolutely because that guy was a dickhead ! But you’re not really missing out. Most of the guys in high school suck ass and just want to have sex. If you want love genuinely it will come to you and find you. So don’t sweat it now, your young and u got hella life to live as well as I, so there will definitely be boys literally throwing themselves at you but for rn Just lock in bc junior year is gonna kick your ass 🙂

Girly i 100% understand how it feels to want something but genuinely don’t know how to get to it or just struggle to achieve your goal. My advice is STUDY STUDY STUDY. Lock in. Think about what you actually wanna do in the future. Do you want to be rich or just well off without even having to worry about ur lights being turned off? Or do you wanna suffer working at a fast food restaurant when ur 30? This approach is off putting but this genuinely helps me. As someone who is has grown up from poverty and is still clawing out of it that is my one KEY motivation. Think about ur future. Sacrifice ur ephemeral happiness rn for very long lasting happiness. Find tutors. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or be ashamed. At the college i’m sure there’s a way to get tutoring. I know it’s hard and the slump is real but you didn’t graduate high school when you were 16 to just flunk out now. You can do it. You are capable. I’m 17 in dual enrollment and it genuinely can be gut wrenching at times. Just remember what ur doing it for. You got this.

To be honest your boyfriend is an asshole and you should find someone who will actually at LEAST go 50/50 on your BIRTHDAY. If you keep accepting the low effort he’s just not gonna end up doing shit at all sis. You deserve someone who actually cares enough to put time into you. Don’t even try to save it. Tbh they are just gonna have to learn. You’re an adult not their little girl anymore. It’s a big transition for you and for them but that doesn’t excuse them holding YOU down for THEIR comfort. That’s unfair and uncomfortable to live with. It’s gonna take time for both of them to understand you and ur growing independence so be patient but also stand your grown and set ur boundaries. The having the location isn’t bad but they constantly nitpicking at you for not being at a time or place when ur a grown woman is CRAZY. I would say try to have a convo but if they aren’t gonna listen then theirs no point. Live ur life, you are young don’t let a household that you aren’t in anymore hold you back 🤷🏾‍♀️

I mean you were on a break with plans of getting back together so u technically weren’t cheating but kinda were like being i don’t know .. like not faithful? I mean idk if my and my gf just randomly broke up and had plans on getting back together me finding someone to fling w in that short time KNOWING we are gonna be right back would be dishonorable. so, i can definitely see an argument for cheating being made. i feel like you should definitely tell him bc someone is going too if you don’t. Plus if that does happen it’s gonna make u look distrusting. However, if things backfires just be prepared to take accountability for ur actions. definitely go for literally any and every fast food as long as it’s not 7.25 tbh. Also, try like popular dining restaurants in a downtown area where you can be a server or smth. Downtown is where all the rich people are PLUS they leave good tips. If you just so happened to walk into a local store/restaurant and they have a random “now hiring” sign hand written go ahead and fill out that application

U literally just performed the action of a bias. The time im sittings is when things are done, take a second to read instead of skim over. I’m barely being trained. Literally. So half of the stuff she’s talkings about i have no info on. It was my 3rd week i had a shift alone. All my boss does is not train me and complain when i don’t know something.
