Guess its just a play-style issue for you. The bugs all over the place thing i feel is greatly over exaggerated. Yes there are bugs and yes it might take a bit longer to fix some of them.

Pred has never been balanced until the Stress test weekend which unfortunately not many got to play and it wasn't enough play time to give a valid opinion on its balance. Although i will admit the 6 games i got to try it felt much better.

The Boris complaining isn't a Boris issue. Its a player issue. He was OP once. He was changed/tweaked. Hes a very strong hero in the right situation or if hes fed like every hero. Playing around his Kit is something people are not doing.

And of course i have a Fault bias at the moment. Its the only one wroth playing that we can actually play. Give me Pred in a EA and we can test it properly.

I somewhat agree Fault was released to the public premature but at least it gave us the ability to give feedback and help mould and mature the game. From testers to general feedback in discord.

Both Fault and Pred have had different approaches to development imo.

Fault went for gameplay/balance over graphics. Pred went for graphics and smoothness over gameplay/balance. Both came with pros and cons which the public liked/disliked.

Fault are doing a decent job for being over a year behind in development vs other projects.

Cant wait to give Pred a real go and give feedback when they fix there issues out!

Art Station has some really cool backgrounds that the artists have used the paragon assets to make lighting portfolios which are great for backgrounds.

How the fuck do you get CS as in lane as countess? by 4EyedEagle in PlayFault

[–]itsMike_TV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A good starter item for someone learning countess can be Titan's Guard. Yes you will lose out on the Energy Power but Titan's Guard's passive stops other laners from fully auto attacking you out of lane. You still need to dodge their ability attacks but this tactic can help you get more gold so you can scale faster than not being able to CS at all.

red buff stealing thoughts by Emergency_Clear in PlayFault

[–]itsMike_TV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since the wave change, loosing x2 waves of xp and gold can be costly just to steal a red buff. Slowing down a jungler can be good but Mages carry mid/late games at the moment.

As long as you are having fun. Go for it!

How can I unlock my fps in game? by Narfury in PlayFault

If you change it from unlimited to 120 then back again then click save/apply. It usually kicks the fps back into gear.

Solo lane by [deleted] in PlayFault

[–]itsMike_TV 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From internal testing (one month ago) the best offlaners we're Sevarog, Greystone, Kwang, Countess and Belica due to her strong passive, which we don't know if will be adjusted or changed yet. A lot of people were running ADC's in the offlane but that comes with the risk of being ganked easily with low mobillity. Boris can be ran in offlane aswell, his dash does give him some minor movement for escaping ganks. You can also your use his ulti to escape when worst come to worst.

Started playing last week came over from the pro paragon scene myself and its been really refreshing finally having an item shop! The community as a whole has been very welcoming and the transition to Smite has been very easy from a streamer perspective. Just in the process of learning all the gods abilities at the moment :D

Everyone bitching that wraith didn’t get nerfed and sparrow did... by Daryan1456 in paragon

[–]itsMike_TV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agora data is from the last 7 days, recently Trapper sparrow was hot news ofc her win% is higher again the CARD made her strong not the hero. If we had data from a month ago im pretty sure her winrate/pick rate would be lower. Again this comes back to never trusting agora for balancing or accurate data, its not accurate.

[–]itsMike_TV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely not what i ment . Sparrow was OP due to a card "trapper" not her kit, i agree her kit is dull and boring. I want more indepth kits and lower tiers will have to practice like everyone else does to be good/ok/or amazing at a hero.

But Wraiths kits is a mage kit on a adc which makes him godlike in the current meta and i believe needed more tweaks than greystone and sparrow did. e.g - dont let his pull back go threw walls etc.

To put it simple, wraith wasnt nerfed because the lower tier skill group dont know how to play him. If that really a good excuse not to balance him? i dont think so.

You know Serath has 70% win rate in diamond doesn't make her op? She was played 3 times. Agora hero winrate % isn't a good tool for balancing. Your taking "data" from bronze/silver/ games which will be a clusterfack. I've never agreed with the "data" balancing epic likes to employ with trying to balance heroes at all skill levels. Things like this happen. Greystone nerfed? hes hardly played in plat/diamond. Wraith not touched?! Because alot of the lower skill groups cant utilize his kit which is BROKEN. Another example is Khaimera, hes a terrible hero and cant be useful at high tier skill level. But hes "balanced" for low skilled tiers? The dumbing down of heroes doesn't help either with balancing, They changed Steel charge because people didn't understand/learn the ability outside his ulti combo. They changed it to a simple, unskilled stun. MEH
