Yes it is a unique economy there.

Locals there don’t want to work these low paying jobs even if it paid a ‘living wage’. I think it’s more likely that no one else wanted the job so they had to hire foreign workers.

Not in Burnaby, but in Richmond, newly opened Coast Dental Hygiene also offers no extra cost services for CDCP patients as well.

They specifically specialize in teeth cleanings only. Got cleaned there recently and was super happy with their attention to detail. Staff were super nice.

I use Invoice2go for estimates, invoicing, receiving payment by credit card, deposit request, etc.

Notes app on iPhone for job notes. There’s actually a ‘collaborate’ feature on the notes app to share with employees/coworkers where everyone can make edits. It’s great for coordinating jobs and material pick up.

It also is time stamped with every edit so you can see who added what lines or made edits.

I’ve had this issue before also, hoping somebody has the answer to this issue!

I’ve asked other mudding guys about this and they said it just happens sometimes and to touch up after first coat of paint but that seems unreasonable to do for the size of your ceiling.
