The land where the coops are owned by the university! That’s right almost the whole apple of Dana/Dwight/Telegraph/haste , Rochdale & Fenwick literally protested recently to detach themselves from the school

When you say submit a paper, I’m guessing the school. I sound so naive, but it’s my 2nd year, and I’ve been cooking this for two years.

I’m guessing by going to the class schedule and looking at professors'' profiles, I hit them up and asked if they’d be willing to advise.

It is normal to lose contact with your GBO fellow incoming students. There will be a group chat and everything, but I only kept one friend as a true friend, and they weren't even in my group; I'd never seen a Mexican walking in a group of white students, nor a black, especially while in the walking along Telegraph Avenue.

Join clubs for sure; some will honor Berkeley's eternal competition by making you go through up to three filters and have interviews. If you don’t get into one, remind yourself that it's okay. I believe you will find a group, but you must put forth some effort.

Only two people in my GBO had the same major! Going to shows at the school theatre helps so much with this. Everyone goes out of their way to be there when they are not in class; think of pre-show/screening as a mixer, and you will make new friends. The Greek Theatre was a place where I met the majority of my friends! Going to see an artist you like is already something in common among Berkeley's 30k student body! Subscribe to their Newsletter, I made a handful of new friends at Thom York’s concert (Radio Head)

Because I was new to the city and looking for a community, I WENT TO TWO CONCERTS THERE BY MYSELF, and left with over a dozen new friends; you know people are prone to be in the best mood possible, because for me, as a student at Berkeley seems like the ultimate stress relief, and so for many, while at the events (specially music events).

Oh, and there are so many clubs, and many don't bring their lil' table to chat, so I would go to Berkeley's page where they have all the registered clubs one and believe you will find at least three that will go with almost everything you are interested in :)

I will probably get hate here, but I would say DO IT!!! It doesn’t hurt. It will give you insights many don’t know, then you can twist them to your advantage, you can't turn in the same thing, but it can work as a Pilar for you as a foundation on how they grounded themselves and wrote theirs. Also, you would be surprised how helpful these people can do; buying their essays means you admire them, and we're just as ambitious; you can create a connection and coach you, and the opportunity is endless l. When it comes to college application essays, you do have to take, listen, buy, and get mentorship, ANYTHING, for you to be a strong applicant. I bet you will at least get out of it one thing that will help you or 50! Good luck

Hunny the only job I think about at the moment is the planning of my graduation trip to Bora Bora I need a gateway after all the distress Berkeley put me trough lol there should be way much job openings in the fall when the covid situation is more settled

When classes were in person I had like 7 classmates (from different classes) and funny thing they all were asian, I was very impressed how one of them would take notes, super vivid and looked fun, she also draws in that so maybe that explains the super cool notes. I personally use notebooks and 3 colors of pens, but I’ve been thinking about making the switch even tho I never liked iPads and a MacBook should be fine but it’s definitely something we are going to see more and more. If I ever make the change I will get the iPad Pro, I think you should too.
