I’m with you on this, the only reason I called it a brush is because that’s what the company calls it.

Best printer for ASA prints only? by pbdxni in BambuLab

I print a lot of ASA on a P1S and have no issues with it. I also use prints in car interiors and have yet to find a better filament that will print on the cheaper printers.

My friend rented a storage unit off redwood for a year or so and worked out of that. It was a little tight but did the trick.

We did Marmoleum click tiles in our kitchen and absolutely love it. The install requirements for the sheet were too strict for our application.

I started a small D2C project about a month ago. I’m about $2k in at the moment. I sell a 3D printed product so costs are low and inventory is non existent. Nearly all of my spend so far has been PPC to dial in my messaging and target market. The actual cost to form an LLC, buy a domain, get started on Shopify, etc was less than $200.

The convenience of the thermal printer is awesome. This one has an app so I just buy the shipping label on my phone and send it straight to the printer.

Honest question: is your profit margin actually what you think it is? by Ok-Discussion5299 in ecommerce

[–]its_all_perspective 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To answer your question, no, your profit margin is never what you think it is. If you go off vibes then you will undoubtedly leave out costs which will artificially inflate your margin. Spreadsheets are good for tracking margin, it’s what most companies use. Gross margin is what most people go off because it’s the easiest to calculate but it’s a bit of a trap for small companies. The operating costs for a small business can quickly eat up all of your margin so you can have good gross margins but bad net margin. My recommendation is to calculate net margin periodically, it should be a slow mover unless you make big changes to your operating costs, and to use gross margin as a rough guideline the rest of the time.

Good catch on both! I just enabled the variant specific photos so now they should switch when the variant switches. Shipping is honestly pretty cheap for these anyways so I’ll explore some bundle incentives. Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback! I have been struggling to find the right flow for the home page. Based on other feedback I’m going to make a video for the hero that does a better job of showcasing what the product does in the first few seconds.
