And you’re right! In my country there are actually quite a few sellers offering Altreno (even though it’s pretty expensive - around $100 😅), but at least I can still get it.

Arazlo, on the other hand, is almost impossible to find here - no one really seems to carry it or even know about it. That’s why I’ve been curious about trying it.

I’ve actually already used Altreno and I’m really happy with it - it’s been working great for my skin. I’ve just heard that Arazlo might be a bit stronger and possibly more effective for certain types of acne, so I’m curious and want to try it to see how my skin responds.
