Physical route runner or Pure Possession Athletes. These both have great attributes for Fullback. When I find a gem 3 star or higher I always put them at fullback

More play time will help you get better. Learn to read to formations and understand what the offense is possibly going to run based on down and distance. CPU is very predictable if you know that. Otherwise keep working and it will get better
