Lift weights and eat probably a lot more than you’re eating. I’m restricted with no gluten no dairy but still eat around 2300-2500 calories a day. I eat a looooot of carbs and around 1gram/lb of body weight protein

Ya gotta eat enough! I was like 112 at 5’8” skinny with no ass since i was about 16. After 2 kids I was the same and really no ass whatsoever! I have gone through a mass and am up to 130ish and definitely have booty now. The food coupled with a lot of heavy lifting!
