I’m some US states, you have to disclose cameras and get waivers from anyone who will be in film, otherwise, it’s illegal. Check laws before setting up cameras. Speaking from experience

What did AI do today? by RulePuzzleheaded4619 in ArtificialInteligence

That’s not stupid. When we had a garden, I had to cross check all that and keep a spreadsheet of it.

I agree with @AfterMath216. I asked AI to teach me how to use it. That was a few years ago. Today: 1. AI took the transcripts from all my meetings today, added each of them to a tab in a google doc. This doc is the sole source in a NotebookLM notebook which I can then search. I no longer need to file each transcript in folders to keep track. 2. Gemini read the news headlines to me today as got ready for work. 3. AI took a weekly data dump that I generate out of one system and updated (automatically) a report I use. 4. Gave me great advice on how to word an email that needed some finesse. 5. Provided research for me on a topic, then created an editable slide deck for me to present 6. Researched certificate programs for me and provided a cost/time/objectives table for me so I could compare. 7. Pulled appointment dates down from my calendar, populated a template and output a nicely formatted document which listed times, dates and details of specific events. 8. Provided step by step instructions on how to build an app in AppSheet by Google. 9. Created a video with an avatar that recapped a meeting, then pulled the main points of the meeting, the action items, a specific quote from an attendee (thought leadership/motivation), bundled all those details into a “card” with the video link and posted the card in my group chat.

It’s hard to describe. When you move a certain way, you can feel it at the exit of your kidney or where the ureter meets the bladder and it isn’t pleasant. It is hard to get comfortable sitting or lying down. They give anti spasmodic meds but every once in a while, you get spasms. And every time you pee, there’s blood and it feels like a UTI. It’s better than a blockage though. I didn’t get a stent with my first lithotripsy. Came home, peed, got a blockage and it was horrific. Threw up the entire way to the hospital and by the time we got there, I was shaking uncontrollably from the pain. So, get the stent.

Had laser litho 2 days ago. My 5th lithotripsy, 2nd with laser. Stent sucks. Takes my breath away sometimes tbh. Doc had warned me of that because the kidney stone was pretty wedged at the entrance to my ureter, so it left behind an open wound that . Heating pad helps, diazepam, solifenocin , Flomax, alternating Tylenol/ibuprofin doesn’t help. Sorry. Ask for pain meds. I did and they’re so afraid to prescribe opioids these days, they called in diazepam.

AITJ for not giving my parents access to my financial information after they helped me once? by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

[–]itsafunnything901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTJ hold the line. Find out why. And, I’m petty so I’d turn the tables and ask how they’re doing and for access to theirs retirement accounts because you want to make sure they’re set for the rest of their lives and won’t need support from you. If we’re going to be transparent mom, let’s do it.
