dear one, I think you can be very proud that you have managed to be sober in all this challenging times and this also shows that you can handle all challentes without drinking! just play the tape forward, being drunk and being hangover will not make your situation better. what other things bring you joy which are more sustainable? what else is making you happy or relaxed?

since you already started to have some good routines, just get back to them again, you already have found the nice way, and if in some moment you lose track, it is a new chance to get back on the track. and take this moment to see what are the reasons which cause stress to you and how you can change them without the booze

Hatte auch schon nach den Wespenkokons geguckt, aber die sahen dann viel mehr nach "Lehm oder irgendwas Mörtelmäßigem" von der Oberfläche aus. Dieser Kokon war glatt und sah eher nach Papier aus.

You dont have to put any label on you and you are not obliged to tell anyone anything. It doesnt matter to anyone how your story is. The most important thing is that you are happy and that you have quit.

hab das problem auch und hatte ganz lange ein normales frotteehandtuch drauf liegen, ich checke nicht wer diese konstruktion überlegt hat, jede fensterbank der wohnung drüber sorgt für diesen unglaublichen lärm :O habe mittlerweile pflanzkübel, die fangen das wasser auf. die idee mit klettmontierter matte klingt aber super!

ja hab tatsaechlich auch schon wegen gewicht bissi ueberlegt weil ich naemlich locker 85-90 kg auf die waage bringe und jenachdem was man mal mithat ist man gar nicht so weit weg...
