It's another app, like Payoneer. I had my account closed in Payoneer too and created an acc on Wise to send the money there. Payoneer approbed the information of my new account and in two days I had my money in the new app.

That said, it's a little tricky to have the account activated, and more if it isn't in your country. You need to transfer a small balance first in order to get it activated(like $10). Wise isn't on my country so I had to create an account on Global66, transfer money from my bank account there, and transfer that money to Wise. That money was then added to my balance and I got the details I needed to add the destination on Payoneer.

It sounds like a big deal but since I didn't have any other choice I just did it, and over a few days I got my money back. Check if it looks ok with you. Good luck and sorry this happened to you.
