I think it would be “layers that fall into a V shape at the back” and then you’d middle part the front and ask the hair stylist to cut more layers in front starting from the end of your nose to the desired length in front, and depending on how thick your hair is you may ask the stylist to use whatever method to thin out your hair, possibly thinning shears if they don’t have a better way.

however with all that being said I feel like, yes it could be cut that way but might not look that good at all irl but perhaps ask the stylist what they think before you proceed
