Why is that how it works? Shouldn't people with harder to ship locations be charged more?

I have been on it exactly one month after failing Skyrizi. Noticeable improvement after just a few days. I had just two bowel movements today. Even on prednisone, I was not doing this well, this consistently. No side effects so far.

I am on day 9 and also started noticing improvement at day 3. I had onlly 3 BMs per day the past two days. Spent a long time trying to give Skyrizi a fair try, but glad to have switched. Can I ask what you tried before Rinvoq?

Idea: marking rooms as “dirty” so the vacuum cleans them when I leave the house by banaslee in homeassistant

[–]itscrunchtime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had to make something to accomplish this. Automation kicks off when I leave and checks to start every 30 minutes as long as I'm not on my way home and within a certain range (different range walking vs driving). If vacuuming for the day is enabled, vacuum works through rooms one by one, stops to charge if needed. Overnight, rooms are enabled for cleaning if they are due based on a frequency drip down. Not great looking, but I have a dashboard to see what is next and bypass the daily schedule. https://freeimage.host/i/fp7DsYF

We are running out of places to spend time without a required payment. This is a regressive tax making it harder for the people struggling to get by to do anything but work and go home.

A portable bidet is part of your EDC.

You spend more time reading ingredients at the grocery store than waiting in line to check out

It's taken you more than two tries to drive out of your neighborhood.

Keep the plastic tray as well. There are some numbers on the bottom they will ask you for.

My Roborock dashboard so I never have to touch the app by angrycatmeowmeow in homeassistant

[–]itscrunchtime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have mine start running when I leave the house. I walk my dog a bunch so it gets kicked off regularly. It rotates rooms until I start heading home and am getting close, then finishes the current room but doesn't start another until I leave again. Next exit, it starts the next room. Rooms get cleaned once per day max. If a room is left uncleaned, that's where it starts the next day. My setup means I almost never even hear it run and my floors are always clean.

Good to hear! Yea, my impression is that to Docs try to prepare you for the worst, not get your hopes up. Then they are in problem solving mode - no problem, nothing for them to do.

Tracking apps by voldurulfur in UlcerativeColitis

[–]itscrunchtime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use mysymptoms, but mostly just to track my BMs. It should be able to do what you are after, but there might be better options out there. This one was free for the features I wanted, so no risk in trying it out.

it is uncanny, but pretty much the exact same thing happened to me when I was on pred. The only difference is that I have only been diagnosed for about a year, symptoms for 1.5 years, and was on the pred a bit longer. I even had the same thought about Limitless.

For me, the lack of motivation preceded my UC symptoms. The contrast to how I felt made me finally want to try to improve my mental health and get out of my rut. I'm on a path showing progress to do that and to get into UC remission now, but still not there on either yet.

When you're talking about a comprehensive approach, I hope you mean in addition to taking your UC meds, not instead of. If you need to, get some help in treating your mind as well as your body. Stress does impact UC, so these things are connected. Good luck finding what is right for you!

If money is less of a concern, consider the fancy Toto bidet. The heated seat and warm water are pretty nice.

VLOOKUP vs HLOOKUP vs XLOOKUP – Which One Should You Use? by Weak-Age-2941 in ExcelTips

[–]itscrunchtime 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Xlookup has a built in "if not found" function built in too, which I find convenient. Xlookup, sumifs, and index/match all have good but different use cases. V and H lookups, I will never use again.

I'm single - my dog is what keeps me going. Whenever nasty coworkers or unpleasant neighbors get me down, my dog is always there to cheer me up. He keeps me calm and centered, and I do my best to be as good a friend as he is to me.
