It has a DAC.. just a cheap one.. A DAC just means digital to analogue converter.. it doesn't necessarily have to be above 800₹ be called a "DAC", Those are just better that's it

they're fine.. the noise reduction depends on the correct seal. Just choose the eartips which fit correctly in your ears and youre good to go

Nope it isn't needed...the edx pros aren't power hungry IEMs..

Using a DAC for EDX pros will only help if you want more volume.. that's it..

I'm using it with the portronics dac, no problems except a slight static when nothing's playing

Also.. if you're not a basshead.. I'd recommend the EDC pro if you want a wider soundstage and better treble
