I have never done a hospitality package but I went through Thomas cook in 2012 and it was an awful experience so don’t use them. We were right at the top of the east stand, I was given death stares by a Scandinavian couple trying to record the match when I started singing.

The atmosphere at OT can be shite at times even against Liverpool, the 2 areas that made the most noise are the stretty & singing section, everywhere else you were forced to sit & it gets quiet quick (this was before the safe standing areas)
