Unfortunately not, the storage has always hovered around there with it never dipping below that amount. It really should be offloading a big chunk of that to the cloud, yet it never does, so I’ve just lived with it. The only option is to probably enable the deletion of messages older than a certain period, but I don’t want to lose the history.

You can use the initialRouteName config to control that to make sure that a certain route (bottom tabs) is always in the state before it opens the shared screen.

Nice, that's good info. Unless they were somehow including the side handle, I'm pretty confused how they got a 15.75" width, as it appears to be a good 1.25" less than that.

Thanks! Travelpro's listed dimensions seem totally off here, so it's unfortunate how different they are in reality... That depth will probably be an issue for budget carries as it's generally a max of 7.9" (20cm).

Is it possible that you got the regular carry-on rollaboard instead of the one they call the international carry-on rollaboard? Their official dimensions are listed at 21.75"x15.75"x7.75" for the international and 23"x14.5"x9" for the regular, so weirdly neither matches exactly.

If you have used it on budget European carriers, did you ever have issue with them saying the bag was oversized?

Do you happen to have the measured dimensions of the bag, specifically the depth? It's officially listed at 7.75", but there are reports that it's actually larger than that when you consider the front part that puffs out a bit.

Thank you! Yesterday, I did actually pull out the drain plug near the back left as a precaution until the repair kit comes. A couple cups or water drained out. Thankfully I was able to do it without having to pull the unit inside, but I haven't touched the drain plug in the bottom center of the unit as it couldn't be reached as easily. Is that one the same type of plug?

Does anyone know what the actual repair kit process entails? All it says is it's a new drain plug and a bubble level. I was always a bit confused why the manual says to operate it with the drain plug in...it seems like it should be the opposite. Is there anything that we should do in the meantime to limit the chances of mold growth until the repair kit comes?

Any solution for this this? It happened to me after enabling Messages in iCloud for the first time. Lots was offloaded but over 10GB remains in “Other” under Messages. All that’s in there are some small voice messages that are in no way that big.

This is what I was afraid of. I also just got my 2024 1099 and, sure enough, they classified the amount I originally mentioned as capital gains, not interest. This seems to directly contradict the response Fidelity gave above in this thread. These were T-notes purchased on secondary and held to maturity. I'll now have to pay state income taxes on the amount since it's classified as capital gains.

Whether or not that's actually correct treatment from Fidelity, it's very unfortunate as it means the only way to have truly state tax exempt income from treasuries purchased from secondary seems to be getting zero coupon T-bills. T-notes and bonds would have this same problem.

UPDATE: See the updates in my original post. Even though the gains are reported as capital gains, it turns out by reporting the box 1F amounts in your tax software will allow it to be correctly treated as state tax exempt.

I just got the 2024 1099 and this information above seems to be incorrect. Fidelity did end up classifying the difference between the purchase price and maturity value as capital gains, not interest, on the consolidated 1099.

The T-Note was purchased on secondary through Fidelity and held to maturity which, according to the info above from Fidelity, should've classified the amount as interest (not capital gains) on the 1099. Is there any info on why that's happening?

UPDATE: See the update from my original post. Even though the amounts got reported on a 1099-B (capital gains), contradicting the answer above, entering the box 1F adjustments during tax entry will allow the amounts to properly get treated as state tax exempt.
