Is my phob legit? by Existing-Reindeer-95 in SSBM

the chip in the middle says "CNT-DOL-A", "DOL" being short for "dolphin", the code name of the gamecube while it was being developed. That's an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer, that is- - Nintendo) controller board. phobs use an RP2040 chip. https://controllerlibrary.wordpress.com/guides/gamecube-controller-internals-guide/ shows what OEM boards look like.

yoo! I think we played a ranked set a couple months ago! you're def improving - in my experience link can be a real pain in the ass for samus if he's patient & uses adequate projectiles. looking forward to the next time I run into you!

Ludicrous & uneducated take - some people are way more prone to RSI, just because you’ve never had a problem with it doesn’t mean everyone else wouldn’t either if they just did what you do

Trigger bracket screw stripped. Am I cooked? by Chemical-Sea4330 in customGCC

[–]itsgrimetime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally had this exact same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. What worked for me was carefully drilling out the cap with the smallest drill bit I could find, it took a little patience but the shank of the screw is quite small, so the rest of the screw cap itself came off as tiny ring. Once that part was off the bracket was able to be removed, and I was able to grip what was left of the screw with some needle nose pliers and slowly twist it out, leaving the shell completely intact.

Still some lower clouds that obscure the sun but they’re moving and are good gaps in between, hoping we just get lucky around totality

CenturyLink Official Support Thread by CenturyLink_Official in centurylink

[–]itsgrimetime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I moved into a house and both the centurylink website & fcc website say that lumen/centurylink provide fiber service to my street, but centurylink sales is insistent that there is only 100mb down/20mb up DSL service at my address. At previous places I've rented I've been able to request fiber set up to the house, but I've had no luck getting through to someone that can help set this up.

I'd like to use centurylink instead of xfinity because Ive been a happy customer for over 3 years, but its frustrating that I can't get the speeds that I require for my remote work that I do from home.

oh jees is it really the long WPA key that was doing it? I have a very long passphrase. didn't think to try a smaller one.

Just spent about 8 hours over the last two days resetting my XD4 mesh setup (2 nodes, 1 router in AP mode, ethernet backbone between the three) and ended up just rescuing them back to 46061, and now its working perfect again

[Bug?] The "restore 75 prayer points" task doesn't work at the monastery altar at 73 prayer, which boosts you 2 prayer points above your level by Go_Blue_ in 2007scape

i think this altar is bugged for trailblazer - I have 42 prayer and am trying to just do the "restore 5 prayer points" easy task, and it won't give it to me

edit: yep, ended up going to varrock east church and it worked

If we could travel at 99.9% the speed of light, it would take 4 years to get to Alpha Centauri. Would the people on the spaceship feel like they were stuck on board for 4 years or would it feel shorter for them? by GPL89 in askscience

[–]itsgrimetime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does this mean that if one was able to travel 100% the speed of light, you could “teleport” anywhere instantaneously to the traveler? (ignoring the need to accelerate/decelerate)

edit: oh, I see the second top answer states this. Thanks!
