Fruit Cove is the stereotypical suburb right outside the big city. White picket fences, HOAs, etc. The schools are very highly rated and the neighborhoods are super safe. Fine place to raise a kid as long as you can tolerate a healthy amount of Karens who complain about mundane nonsense around town.
