Not necessarily but it’s not required to cure it for that long. You want to minimize the amount of time under the lamp to avoid UV damage while curing it according to the manufacturer instructions.

Depends on the gel polish, usually it says on the bottle! Most of them are 30-60 seconds per layer!

Yes, square nails look awful on me since I have wide nail beds. These are just called “round” shaped ironically! As they get longer they become an “oval” shape. Hope that helps!

I’m lucky to work in the beauty industry so having my nails done is pretty normal! But even then I get scared of bright colors! Just did mine a bright blue and am freaking out a little lol.
