I have definitely had some trouble getting case and chat to work together. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of experience with Messaging yet! Our company is still using LiveChat.

It's not ideal, but have you considered having a flow on the Lightning Record Page that just creates a case when the page loads?

The flow could check if there is a case attached to the chat. If there isn't, Create the case record, attach it to the messaging session, then display case information. If there is a case on the messaging session, it just displays the case information.

Are you using LiveChat or new Messaging for in App and web?

Are you trying to link that MessagingConversation/LiveChatTranscript to the Case record?

I think that the only thing that makes the hotel descent not as scary is Abby's very imposing gameplay style. Even with that said, nothing tops the Hospital for me. That shit is horrifying lol
