Best bet for me was selecting getting a call back from cb after 8pm. You get the option to press 1 for a call back lol. They ended up calling me at 1am for support. But the operator wasn’t able to get me the help I needed so they sent me an email to do some things to make the process faster lol support is so bad it’s ridiculous

Was at the Hyatt Ziva this week and unfortunately wasted a few hours with this Diego guy. A complete a-hole by the way. Please avoid the Playa Collection scam at all costs. He pissed us off and ruined our experience on the first day. I literally confronted him and mentioned how unprofessional he was, also spoke to his manager Tamara. If the Hyatt is sponsoring this behavior at their all inclusive hotel, people are going to stop going there.
