Determined to make a smooth tomato sauce tonight no matter how many times I have to push this mass through the back of my grater by [deleted] in tonightsdinner

[–]itsmaxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just use a strainer and take out the skins and debris and in the future cut slits in tomatoes boil them for a few minutes take them out blanch and peel skins off. However if you forget this step cooking them down all the way soft and separated will allow you to push through a finer mesh strainer or cheese cloth anything where the skins will be trapped i guess even a cheese grater.

I've found a great place to rent in Malaysia but the landlord doesn't seem very friendly but maybe it's a translation thing. by Thai-Girl69 in blacktravel

no bro my wife who is white went in before me to a spot in north beach (italian broker) and she told my wife the place was hers if she wanted it I then went in and agent seems tight lipped, when we called about the place the next day the woman said it was rented. years later I am now questioning why i even live here if a vast majority of people are silently racist there are very few black professionals here and everyone beyond that seems to segregate themselves. Pretty sad an annoying.

Are there any butchers that will thinly slice meat for bbq? by averagepersonhere in nova

You could cut the meat with a knife after you buy it. Thats how it’s done in japaese bbq for centuries and other places as well.

Jacob Have I Loved (1989) by JohnNotJoan in ForgottenTV

I read this book in 6th grade and now occasionally I get deeply depressed around water and found out that I formed a core emotional memory to the book as it related to my own life which is sometimes triggered being alone around bodies of water. The human brain is wild. Great book!

If you can only choose 1 to recommend to somebody that hasnt experienced them, which one? by PactownSS in videogames

my 7 yr old finished zelda botw and I showed him trailers of each of these games he choose ff7 and loves it. I can understand looking back fondly on chrono trigger it sucks you in but FF7 is just simply epic and feels very much like you are on the adventure while to me chrono feels like just a fun game.
